Observations

As for shopping, Valeska is not a typical girl. She loves to combine her sport clothes with her lifestyle outfit and is proud of showing that she is a sporty girl who does work out and wear sport products outside the gym! It‘s what defines her style and over time, she has more sport products than normal clothing.

 

 

When she shops, it is more intuitive and without a plan, it‘s more a social activity with friend. That‘s why also she prefers to shop offline, at Potsdamer Platz or sometimes looking for individual pieces in the streets next to Hackescher Markt. 

Inspiration for her workouts she finds on INSTAGRAM PROFILES LIKE SOPHIA THIEL, Kay SCHMALE SCHULTER OR ULRIKE GLOCKNER – girls and guys training with weights.

 

TO HER gender IN TRAINING is not important. It does not matter if the guys does use bigger weights, it’s about giving his best of his very own level.

SHE cannot identify with the image of the fit women presented in media and on social “bikini fit in 3 weeks”, she rather feels dicriminated by this kind of picture.

Beside sport, food has a huge role in life. She loves the variety of food, Berlin offers

      When speaking about her Berlin we also speak about sport, because she does train in various gyms like John Reed, McFit OR Crunch Fit depending on her workout of the day and who she trains with. Next the sport she does love the summer in the city and enjoying a nice dinner with a friend at Dudu or walking around the Oberbaumbrücke.
